2. What information we collect

When you use the contact or quote request form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• A description of the job or area to be cleaned
• Any photographs you choose to upload

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, payment card details, or information about children.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry or quote request
• Arrange and carry out cleaning work if you book with us
• Follow up on previous work to ensure you are satisfied
• Contact you about future offers, promotions, or an email newsletter

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where a contract is agreed, performance of a contract.

We will never sell or pass your information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep your data

If you send an enquiry but do not proceed to book, we will retain your contact details for no longer than 12 months in case you wish to follow up, after which they are deleted.

If you become a customer, we will retain basic records of work carried out (your name, address, and job details) for up to 6 years for accounting and insurance purposes, in line with HMRC requirements. After that period, records are securely deleted.

Any photographs you upload are used only to assess and quote for the job. They are not published or shared and are deleted automatically from website storage after 30 days.

5. Who we share your data with

Your personal data is seen only by Neil Worsnop. We do not share your information with any third parties, subcontractors, or marketing companies.

Enquiries submitted via the website form are delivered by EmailJS, a secure email delivery service. EmailJS processes your data on our behalf solely for the purpose of forwarding your message to our inbox. They do not store your data beyond what is necessary for delivery. This website uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), which collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site. Google processes this data on our behalf. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.

This website also uses the Meta Pixel which shares anonymised visit data with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement purposes. Meta acts as an independent data controller for this data. See section 9 for more detail.

6. How we keep your data safe

Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We do not maintain an online database of customer records. Your information is held only in Neil's email inbox and, where required, a secure local record for accounting purposes.
