Upholstery Cleaning in Kenilworth

To ensure the best possible upholstery cleaning All Square Cleaning uses a 'Steam Cleaning' system, known in the industry as Hot Water Extraction. Other methods may be more suitable and are available if necessary.

All Square Cleaning This can be broken down into 7 steps.

Step 1

Inspection and survey to determine fabric and fibre type and the nature of the soils to be removed. This informs the choice of cleaning product to be used.

Step 2

Vacuum using a heavy weight, twin motor vacuum cleaner. This removes all the dry soiling such as grit, dust and hair.

Step 3

Apply the hot cleaning solution with a sprayer. The amount used will depend on soiling levels.

Step 4

The solution is agitated into the fibres with a soft brush or microfibre pad. This action works the solution through the fibres thoroughly.

Step 5

Dwell time. Different solutions require varying amounts of time to work effectively.

Step 6

Rinse. The cleaning head sprays hot water onto the fabric and vacuums it up in one pass. The dirty water is recovered to a machine outside the property for disposal. Heavy traffic areas may require more than one pass.

Step 7

The fabric is then brushed manually to remove hand prints and tool marks. A cloth can also be used remove more moisture.

Step 8

Fans can then be used to blow air over the upholstery to aid drying times.
