Hard Floor Cleaning

To ensure the best possible floor cleaning All Square Cleaning uses a range of brushes or pads with a heavy weight rotary cleaner.

All Square Cleaning This can be broken down into 7 steps.

Step 1

Inspection and survey to determine floor type and the nature of the soils to be removed. This informs the choice of cleaning product to be used.

Step 2

Use a soft brush to remove any grit or debris that could scratch the floor.

Step 3

Apply the cleaning solution with a sprayer or mop and bucket.

Step 4

The solution is agitated with a heavy weight rotary machine.

Step 5

Dwell time. Different solutions require varying amounts of time to work effectively.

Step 6

Rinse. A vacuum is used to remove the dirty water from the floor. The floor is then rinsed with water and vacuumed again. Finally a neutral cleaning solution is lightly mopped over the floor to aid presentation.

Step 7

Fans can then be used to blow air over the floor to aid drying times. If a polish or sealant is being applied this can be done once the floor is completely dry.
