Carpet Cleaning

To ensure the best possible carpet cleaning All Square Cleaning uses a 'Steam Cleaning' system, known in the industry as Hot Water Extraction. This is suitable for wool carpets such as Axminster and Wilton as well as man made carpet fibres.

All Square Cleaning This can be broken down into 7 steps.

Step 1

Inspection and survey to determine carpet and fibre type and the nature of the soils to be removed. This informs the choice of cleaning product to be used.

Step 2

Vacuum using a heavy weight, twin motor vacuum cleaner. This removes all the dry soiling such as grit, dust and hair. It will also lift the pile.

Step 3

Apply the hot cleaning solution with a sprayer. The amount used will depend on soiling levels.

Step 4

The solution is agitated into the fibres with a electrical contra-rotating brush machine. This action works the solution through the fibres and lifts the pile.

Step 5

Dwell time. Different solutions require varying amounts of time to work effectively.

Step 6

Rinse. The cleaning had sprays hot water onto the carpet and vacuums it up in one pass. The dirty water is recovered to a machine outside the property for disposal. Heavy traffic areas may require more than one pass.

Step 7

The carpet is then brushed manually to re-align the pile and remove footprints.

Step 8

Fans can then be used to blow air over the carpet to aid drying times.
